Apart from being a nice area of bushland with the usual birds and animals, it also has a fascinating history. There is no point in me reproducing that history here, you can find it at <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kurth_Kiln\">Kurth Kiln &#8211; Wikipedia<\/a> and also at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.friendsofkurthkiln.org.au\">www.friendsofkurthkiln.org.au<\/a>. The photos that follow are from two trips, one with just Hazel and I and the other&nbsp;with our good friends Rob and Kate.
